Orders are packed in 1 to 3 business days, then usually arrive in 7 to 14 business days in the US and Canada, and 8 to 18 in the UK and Europe. Shipping is free on every order. Other countries are in our Shipping policy.

Shipping is free on every order, to every country available at checkout. If an express option is offered in your country, its price is shown at checkout.

After dispatch, these are the usual delivery times. They're estimates, not guarantees.

• United States, Canada and Mexico: 7 to 14 business days
• United Kingdom: 8 to 15 business days
• Europe: 8 to 18 business days
• Australia and New Zealand: 7 to 14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10 to 20 business days

If you order more than one bag, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

We'll email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear. If there's no movement for more than 5 business days after your shipping confirmation, email support@noirarchy.com.

Once your order is being processed, we can't change it, including the address, so please check your details at checkout.

International orders may be charged import duties, taxes or customs fees, which the recipient pays on arrival. We don't control these fees. If a parcel is refused and returned to us, the customer pays the customs charges and the return shipping.

If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. If your bag arrives damaged, email support@noirarchy.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.

Every bag comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Your bag qualifies when it's unused and unworn, with no marks, damage or scent, in its original packaging, and complete with everything it came with, including straps, chains, charms and any tags. Bags that show signs of use don't qualify.

If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have a legal right to cancel your order, separate from the guarantee. The Refund policy explains both.

Email support@noirarchy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and the next steps. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

You pay for return shipping, unless your bag arrived damaged, defective or wrong. The 30-day guarantee refunds what you paid for the bag. It doesn't include free returns. Use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt. It's your proof that the bag was sent.

Start a return for the original, then place a new order for the one you want.

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll email you to let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, in USD. The refund is the amount you paid for the bag, after any discount code. Standard shipping is free. If you paid for an express option, that charge isn't refunded under the guarantee.

Refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. If it's been longer than that, email support@noirarchy.com.

Email support@noirarchy.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We review claims against the delivery date in your tracking, so late reports may not be accepted. If the claim is confirmed, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.

This doesn't affect your legal rights if a bag is faulty.
