Refund policy

Every bag comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

What the guarantee covers

The 30 days start on the delivery date shown in your tracking. Your bag qualifies when it is:

• Unused and unworn, with no marks, damage or scent.
• In its original packaging.
• Complete, with everything it came with, including straps, chains, charms and any tags.

Bags that show signs of use don't qualify. We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email and order number.

You pay for return shipping, unless your bag arrived damaged, defective or wrong. The guarantee refunds what you paid for the bag. It doesn't include free returns.

Starting a return

Email support@noirarchy.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and the next steps. Please wait for our reply before sending anything back, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

You pay for return shipping, unless your bag arrived damaged, defective or wrong. Use a trackable shipping method and keep the receipt. It's your proof that the bag was sent.

Exchanges

Want a different color or print? Start a return for the original, then place a new order for the one you want.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and has been inspected, we'll email you to let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, in USD. The refund is the amount you paid for the bag, after any discount code, such as COVEN20.

Standard shipping is free. If you paid for an express option, that charge isn't refunded under the guarantee.

Refunds can take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. If it's been longer than that, email support@noirarchy.com.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Email support@noirarchy.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We review claims against the delivery date in your tracking, so late reports may not be accepted. If the claim is confirmed, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.

EU and UK customers

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. This right is separate from our 30-day money-back guarantee and comes in addition to it.

When the 14 days start

The 14 days start the day after you, or someone you name other than the carrier, receive the bag. If your order arrives in separate parcels, they start the day after the last parcel arrives.

How to cancel

Email support@noirarchy.com with a clear statement that you're canceling. You can copy the model cancellation form below into your email, but you don't have to use it. To meet the deadline, it's enough to send your email before the 14 days are up.

We'll confirm by email and send you the return address. Then send the bag back within 14 days of the day you told us you're canceling.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of sending the bag back, unless it arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Your refund

We refund what you paid for the bags you're canceling, including standard shipping, which is free. If you chose a paid express option, we don't refund the extra cost of that option.

We refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us you're canceling. We may wait until we've received the bag back, or until you've sent us proof that you sent it, whichever comes first. The refund goes to your original payment method, in USD, and you won't pay any fee for it.

Handling the bag

You can handle the bag as you would in a shop, to check what it is, how it looks and how it works. If it's been handled beyond that, we may deduct the loss in value this caused from your refund. That is the only deduction we make.
